Courts, surface and equipment

For a new venue, the work can include an audit, concept, product matrix, resource calculation, pilot, team preparation and schedule launch. These stages are combined into one project only when the client genuinely needs a single point of responsibility.

What can be ordered separately

What to send for the first review

For a sports format, the city, number of participants, experience and desired date are enough. For a venue project, add a plan, dimensions, photos and desired number of courts. The team will indicate which service area and next step fit the task.

The audit, research, tournament, training, delivery, CRM setup or financial model can be ordered separately, and the result and stage boundaries are fixed before the start

When does the exact cost come up

After a brief or survey, where you know the scale, the city, the condition of the facility, the time, the number of participants and the composition of the result, you can give a range with the assumptions listed

Who performs the different parts of the project?

Can we start with the pilot

Yes. For a new city, club, venue or digital product, a pilot helps test demand, process and resources. The duration, resource limit, metrics and post-test decision are defined in advance.

How to choose between a standalone service and a turnkey project?
