Sports itinerary
We will assess your level, help with events and a partner, and organize preparation and an acclimatization session before the start.
Overall logistics
We will select a team hotel and a clear transport plan. Players buy flights separately to avoid overpaying for package fares.
On-site team
We travel together, support one another at matches, handle organizational issues and create shared photo and video content.

Flights. Official entry fees may also be paid separately if the organizer does not allow them to be included in the overall package. This will be shown in the final estimate before payment.
We do not present a preliminary estimate as a fixed price until the organizer has published all conditions.

You do not need to be a professional. It is more important to choose an honest level and category that will provide a good competitive experience.

For strong club players who value international opponents, rating and a test of their level.
Clubs and groups
Several players can enter as one team. For clubs, we can separately build the sporting and organizational itinerary.
Preliminary program
Dates around the tournament may shift by a day after the event schedule is published.

Arrival, check-in, team introductions and a light acclimatization training session.

Dubai Open: matches, training, international community and tournament events.
October 26
Departure from Dubai or continuation to Turkey before the European Open.

For players who want the most international match practice from one trip, we consider combining two tournaments.
Dubai Open
October 21–25Dubai, UAE. International competition and the first part of the program.
European Open
November 3–8Manavgat, Turkey. There is time between tournaments for recovery and training.

Yes. The current international calendar lists the APP Dubai Open for October 21–25, 2026 in Dubai. At the time the page was published, the full regulations, categories, exact venue and registration fees had not yet been published.
Do I need to be a professional?
Нет. Мы собираем предварительные заявки игроков разных уровней. После публикации положения проверим доступные категории и честно скажем, подходит ли турнир именно вам.
Can I travel without a partner?
Yes. Mention this in your application. We will try to find a partner of an appropriate level within the team or among international participants if tournament rules allow it.
How much does the trip cost?
Предварительный ориентир организационного пакета PROpickleball — от 89 000 ₽ на человека без авиабилета. Окончательная смета появится после публикации официального регламента, площадки и стартовых взносов. Полную оплату до этого не принимаем.
What's included in the package?
Организация участия в команде PROpickleball, сопровождение регистрации, помощь с категорией и партнёром, проживание в общем отеле команды, организация тренировок и логистики в Дубае, сопровождение на турнире, командная форма и общий фото- и видеоконтент. Финальный состав пакета фиксируется до оплаты.
Can Dubai be combined with the European Open in Turkey?
Yes. For those interested, we are considering a combined itinerary with the Dubai Open on October 21–25 and the European Open in Manavgat on November 3–8. This is a separate extended program option.
