You don’t need to choose a program for your first visit

Leave your name and phone number. The administrator will confirm your area, convenient days, number of participants and racket-sport experience, then offer a specific coach, venue and time.

Before payment, you’ll receive the address, duration, what is included and the final price. If the proposed option does not work, we can look for another area or time.

What happens in your first pickleball session

  1. Court and safety. The coach shows the court boundaries, the kitchen, ready position and basic movement.
  2. Ball contact. You learn the grip, contact point and paddle-face direction.
  3. Serve and return. You learn to start rallies consistently and return the ball into the court.
  4. Two-bounce rule. You immediately apply the rule that shapes the start of every rally.
  5. First points. You connect the shots in a short practice game with coaching cues.

How much the first one-to-one hour costs

One-to-one coaching costs 4 000 ₽ for 60 minutes. A court usually costs about 1 400–4 000 ₽ per hour, so the estimated total is 5 400–8 000 ₽. A paddle and balls are included.

If you want to come as a pair or small group, the coaching price changes. The exact calculation for one player, a pair and a mini-group is on the pickleball prices page →.

What to bring to your first session

  • sportswear;
  • stable sports shoes;
  • water;
  • information about any exercise limitations the coach should know about.

You do not need to buy your own paddle in advance. You can start with club equipment and choose your own paddle after you have some first-hand experience.

What to do after your first session

After an hour, it is easier to decide what comes next. If you want to consolidate technique, continue with a coach. If the basic rules are clear and you can sustain a rally, move on to club play. If you have a specific sporting goal, build a training plan around it.

You do not need to choose that path in advance: get your first experience on court first.
