Эти технические данные прикрепляются к заявке, если пользователь её отправит, и нужны, чтобы обработать обращение и понять, по какому запросу человек пришёл. Сами по себе они не содержат персональных данных и не передаются в аналитические сервисы без согласия на аналитику.

3. Language versions and automatic translation
