Moscow and the Moscow Region
Where to play pickleball
First choose how you want to participate: a first session, Open Play, self-rental, tournament or private event. Then check the venue, operator, surface, equipment, time and booking rules.
Choose your need
One address can offer different products
Pickleball lines alone say little about the visit scenario. What matters is who organizes the game and what is included in the specific booking.
First time
Look for a session with a coach, paddle and balls. That makes it easier to learn the basic rules and move straight into rallies.
I'm coming alone
Open Play or another organized club game with a host and rotation will work.
I have my own group
Choose self-rental after confirming the net, surface, time and equipment access.
I'm running an event
We calculate the number of courts, guest flows, hosts, equipment, time reserve and weather scenario.

Статус объекта и собственные условия площадки сверяйте у её оператора напрямую. Для клубной программы PROpickleball дополнительно подтверждаем конкретный формат, время и запись.
Open Play and court rental are two different scenarios
Self-rental works for a ready-made group. You assemble the players, agree on rotation rules and manage the game yourselves.
Open Play adds organization: the host gathers the group, confirms levels, forms pairs and manages transitions between rounds.
For someone with very little experience, self-rental is usually more comfortable after one or two sessions with a coach.
Outdoor and indoor
Surface and conditions affect the quality of play
Provides a full outdoor playing experience. After precipitation, the operator assesses whether the surface is dry and safe to use.
Protects the schedule from rain. Ceiling height, lighting, surface and clear zones matter for comfortable play.
Works for events and demand tests on an existing flat surface with sufficient clear space around the lines.
Designed for regular use, a stable net system and organized equipment storage.
What to check before you go
- Address and entrance. Confirm the building, parking, route from the metro and how early to arrive.
- Operator. Know who handles booking, payment and rescheduling decisions.
- Format. Rental, training, Open Play, tournament or private event.
- Equipment. Confirm the paddle, balls and net for the specific format.
- Surface and shoes. Choose shoes suited to the court and venue conditions.
- Weather. For outdoor play, wait for confirmation of the surface condition.
- Price. Check the participation fee, rental cost and additional services before payment.
Venue for a beginner
For a first visit, it is easier to choose the coach first and the address second. Tell us your area and convenient days, and PROpickleball will offer an available venue and format where equipment is provided and you can immediately learn a basic rally.
Venue for your own group
If your group is already assembled, tell us the number of players, preferred duration and area. One court is usually enough for four people, while a larger group requires several courts or rotation.
Venue for a tournament or corporate event
Additional zones matter here: registration, waiting, warm-up, officials, spectators, storage, awards and court transitions. We evaluate an event venue across the whole program: playing areas, people flows, service zones and the final stage.

Frequent questions
Where should a beginner start playing in Moscow?
Choose an introductory session with a coach and equipment. After your request, PROpickleball will offer a current venue, time and price.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. A first session and Open Play both work for a solo participant. In club play, the host forms the first pairs and manages rotation.
How is club play different from court rental?
Court rental gives a ready-made group the venue. Open Play adds a host, a shared participant pool, level matching and rotation between rounds.
How do I check whether a venue is current?
Check the status in the venue card and confirm the specific slot with the operator. For an outdoor court, also confirm the surface condition and weather decision.
Where can I find pickleball in the Moscow Region?
Open the separate Moscow Region directory. For a new location, you can leave a request so the team can see local demand.
Need a venue for a specific format?
Tell us the area, number of players, experience and convenient days. We’ll find an option for training, a game or an event.
