1. Learn the court
We show the paddle, ball, serve, two-bounce rule and kitchen.
Corporate pickleball
For a one-off event, we can build a master class, team-building session or tournament. For a regular activity, we can create a corporate league with stages, standings and a final. Tell us the number of participants, period and goal; we’ll select or check the venue and calculate courts, equipment and staff.
What participants will do
Объясняем только правила, которые нужны для старта. Основное время отдаём практике, смене партнёров и матчам. Если задача шире события, например запуск клуба, площадки или инфраструктуры, начните с раздела «Для бизнеса».
We show the paddle, ball, serve, two-bounce rule and kitchen.
Participants work in pairs and learn to direct the ball to a chosen part of the court.
We run short matches, partner rotation or team standings depending on the event goal.
Final matches, overall standings, awards, free play or continuation of the client’s main program.
What the organizer gets
We manage beginner onboarding, round order and workload so participants know what to do and the organizer sees a clear event structure.
Beginners only need a short explanation and practice before the first playing round.
Four people play on one court at a time. Everyone else is distributed across courts, waves or stations.
We adjust round length, task difficulty, number of courts and partner-change frequency.
Equipment, hosts, instruction, game mechanics, results and the final are combined into one scenario.
Experience
We show concrete tasks and PROpickleball’s role in real projects rather than promises.
On-site events with equipment, introductory training, participant rotation and a playing program at the client’s venue.
A temporary pickleball zone inside a shopping center during a night run: court, equipment and playing sessions for visitors.
PROpickleball took part in organizing a tournament at Salyut Geraklion: 113 athletes from 6 countries.
Formats
For a one-off event, we calculate court-hours and one-day participant flows. For a league, we also build the stage calendar, standings system and season final.
A series of playing stages for employees: calendar, teams or individual standings, results table and season final.
DetailsWe show the court and four basic rules, let participants get a feel for the ball and move them into simple doubles drills.
DetailsDoubles tasks, partner changes, short rounds and team goals create a shared playing experience in one event.
DetailsWe build groups or a bracket, run matches, record results, determine finalists and organize awards.
DetailsWe divide a large guest flow into stations and playing waves: introduction, practice, matches, free play and a final activity.
DetailsFour people play simultaneously on one pickleball court in doubles. For a large group, the scenario is built around throughput: how many guests are playing, how many are at the introduction station and how many are waiting for the next round.
We account for the number of courts, match duration, transitions, introduction, water breaks, registration, finals and contingency.
For calculation
An event needs a date. For a league, specify the preferred season length and frequency of playing days.
We calculate the number of courts, waves, teams and staff.
We determine the length of the introduction, number of playing rounds and final format.
We choose task difficulty and the way to split participants by level.
Team building, regular league, competition, entertainment zone, family day or brand activation.
We use the client’s site or select an available venue.
Branding, awards, content, photo and video zone, and integration with the overall program.
The main variables are participant count, court-hours, venue, number of specialists, program duration, logistics, equipment and additional production. For a league, we separately account for the number of stages and overall standings support. Once we receive the inputs, we separate mandatory costs from optional items.
Before the estimate
Yes. The program starts with a short explanation and practice, then participants move into playing tasks at their own pace.
Four people play at the same time in doubles. For a large group, we use rotation, multiple courts or stations to reduce waiting.
