2. Subject matter

The Contractor organizes trainings, club games, tournaments, master classes, corporate and other sports and leisure events pickleball. Specific format, site, date, duration, composition of the service and cost are confirmed before payment.

3. Conclusion of a contract

Acceptance of an offer is payment for a service or other unambiguous confirmation of a record after informing the user of the essential conditions.Sending an application does not in itself guarantee the availability of space and is not considered payment

4. Cost and payment

The cost is indicated on the service page, in the form of an entry or in the message of the Contractor. In case of discrepancy, the price confirmed before payment is applied. In calculating, the document is sent or issued to the client in the cases and in the manner prescribed by the legislation on the application of the CCP

5. Recording and participation

• the customer provides reliable contact information
• the place is considered confirmed after the Contractor’s notification and the payment conditions are fulfilled
• the client arrives by the specified time and follows the rules of the site, safety and guidance of the host
• the client independently assesses the state of health and, in the presence of restrictions, receives medical advice
• The participation of the minor shall be agreed with the legal representative

6. Deferral and cancellation by the client

The Customer has the right to refuse the service before it is provided. The Contractor shall return the amount paid less the documented expenses actually incurred, if they arise. For individual events, the terms of booking, transfer and the amount of such expenses are reported before payment and are part of the contract

7. Cancellation by the Contractor

If the cancellation is initiated by the Contractor, the client is offered a transfer, crediting the amount to another service or a refund of payment. For open areas, unsafe weather, coverage condition and site restrictions may be grounds for transfer or cancellation

8. Quality and safety

The Contractor shall provide the service to the agreed extent and take reasonable safety measures, the sporting activity is associated with the usual risk of injury, the Contractor is not responsible for the consequences of the client's concealment of contraindications, violation of safety rules or personnel instructions, but this does not limit the liability established by law

9. Photos and videos

The publication of the image of the participant for advertising and promotion is made if there is an applicable legal basis or separate consent. The client can inform in advance of his unwillingness to participate in the shooting

10. Personal data

11. Appeals and disputes

The appeal is being sent to the address play@propickleball.ruThe parties shall seek to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the rights of the consumer granted by the legislation of the Russian Federation are not limited by this offer

12. Modification of offer

The new version applies to orders placed after its publication, and the conditions applicable at the time of acceptance apply to services already paid, unless the parties agree otherwise
