PROpickleball platform
PlayOn.social: from game announcement to results and ratings
Игрок использует один профиль: выбирает событие, регистрируется, играет, видит результат и рейтинг. Клуб или организатор получает единое место для регистрации участников, списка игроков и публикации результатов.
For a player
One profile for games and tournaments
Players do not need to resubmit the same data for every event. One profile connects registrations, participation, results and rating.

- 05

The result remains in match history and may count toward the rating.
For organizers
Keep registration, participants and results in one place
First define the event rules: date, categories, participant limit, price and competition format. Then set up the event page, registration and result publishing in PlayOn.social.
Event card
Date, venue, level, format, participant limit and conditions are collected in one entry point.
Registration
The player completes the form, and the organizer receives a structured participant list.
Tournament process
Categories, schedule and results are linked to participant profiles and the rules of the specific event.
Next game
After the event, the player can register for the next game or tournament through the same profile.
Rating and DUPR
PlayOn.social supports its own rating and integration with DUPR. Players can see how their profile connects to sporting results. Organizers need to match participants, matches and final scores correctly.
Before a tournament, check the event card and regulations: the rating status and match-recording procedure should be clear there.
How a club can use the platform
A club can connect announcements, registration and results for Open Play, tournaments and other events in one process. This reduces manual messaging and makes the player's journey clearer.
When connecting the platform, it helps to map the current process: where the announcement is published, how entries are collected, who confirms participants, where the list is stored and how results are published. This makes it clear what should be moved to PlayOn.social first.
How a tournament organizer can use the platform
Начните со спортивных правил: категории, формат, система счёта, лимит и условия участия. Затем настройте регистрацию. Так информация на странице соответствует тому, как турнир будет проведён на самом деле.
How to roll out a project in stages
- Describe how a player currently learns about an event, registers and receives the result.
- Choose one game or tournament for the pilot.
- Transfer the registration and participant data.
- Run the event and collect feedback.
- Add the next repeating process.
