One pathway from introduction to tournaments

The formats are connected. A beginner starts with a coach, then gets match practice, chooses development goals and can move on to competition when ready.

First session

Rules, court, basic shots and first practice rallies. We provide a paddle and balls.

How we work with a beginner

The first contact should lead to the court quickly. A person leaves a request, tells us the area and convenient time, receives a specific option and comes to a session. The coach provides equipment, explains the basic rules and puts them into practice.

After the first session, the next step is chosen based on the actual level: another training session, a beginner group or club play.

How we work with a player

A player needs comparable partners, regular practice and clear development goals. Open Play provides matches and different playing situations. Training works on what appeared in matches. A tournament adds scoring, pressure and an objective result.

How we work with companies

A corporate project starts with the number of guests, time, goal and venue. We then calculate courts, playing waves, hosts, equipment, introduction, matches and the final stage.

How we work with venues

First we check the site and demand. Then we build the sports concept, courts, equipment, products, schedule and team. Scaling is based on actual visits, repeat visits, utilization and court-hour economics.

Nikolay Chernyshov

Founder of PROpickleball, certified coach and member of the Russian Tennis Federation pickleball commission. Sports program, methodology, tournaments, infrastructure and partnership projects.

Co-founder of PROpickleball. Community, communication, customer journey, participant support and organization of club formats.

How PROpickleball differs from a single venue

The club model is not tied to one address. We select the venue for the format, manage the sports side, connect training with match practice and maintain one player journey across different locations in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

For venue owners and companies, the team works as a sports-product operator: helping build the scenario, equipment, staff, participation rules and launch rather than simply providing court time.

How we launch a new format

We define the audience and goal, check venue constraints, calculate courts, participants, staff and equipment, then run a pilot. After the pilot, we review demand, repeat visits and economics and decide on a regular schedule.

Where programs take place

PROpickleball works at different venues in Moscow and the Moscow Region. The specific address depends on the format, available slot and season. We confirm the venue, time and terms before booking.
