For a beginner, we build the basic mechanics and teach the rules through practice. For an experienced player, we work on a specific issue: serve, return, moving to the kitchen, soft game, volley, pair movement, shot selection or tournament preparation.
Where to start
To book, just describe your experience and goal. We’ll select the program after you contact us.

You can warm up beforehand. During the session, the coach quickly assesses the current skill, gives a clear technical cue, builds repetitions and returns the new action to a rally.
A few simple shots or game rallies reveal the starting level, coordination and typical errors.
The coach explains stance, contact point, footwork, paddle direction and shot target through simple observable actions.
A series of drills provides many ball contacts and helps consolidate the movement without extra decisions.
We add movement, direction, target choice, a partner or opponent depending on the goal.
The skill returns to a rally. At the end, we define one or two priorities for independent practice.
Skills
Pickleball is a chain of decisions. A powerful shot helps only in the right situation; consistent play requires technique, positioning and target selection.
Start the rally consistently, serve diagonally and return with safe height and depth.
Understand the first three shots of a rally and choose your position after the serve and return.
Move forward after a deep return or controlled third shot and stop before contacting the ball.
Place a short ball into the kitchen, change direction and keep the trajectory low.
Meet the ball in front of your body, keep the motion compact and control the opponent’s pace.
Slow the rally and place the ball into the kitchen from the transition zone or baseline.
Maintain effective spacing with your partner, cover the middle and move to the net together.
Distinguish an attackable ball from a control ball, choose a safe target and recover to ready position.
Focus helps build quality repetitions and see measurable progress within a session.
Stance, footwork, contact point, trajectory and target are described through concrete actions.
The drill ends in a game context where you must choose the moment and apply the action.
After the session, the player knows what is already working and which skill will deliver the next improvement.

Training sections
Group programs provide regular structured work; game-based training transfers technique into decisions under score and rally pressure.
Programs by level and goal with drills, pair work and game practice.
Open group training →Task-based rallies, tactical scenarios, transition to the kitchen, pair work and match decisions.
Open game-based training →Stage 1 — start the rally. Serve, return, two-bounce rule, basic scoring and understanding the kitchen.
Stage 2 — keep the ball in play. Control direction, depth and height, and recover position after each shot.
Stage 3 — get to the kitchen. Deep return, third shot, transition zone and stopping before contact.
Stage 4 — play at the net. Dink, volley, block, attacking a high ball and body defense.
Stage 5 — make decisions. Target selection, partner coordination, pace changes and preparation for matches at your level.
Sportswear, water and stable shoes. For regular sessions, court shoes with lateral support are preferable. PROpickleball provides paddles and balls for personal and group training.
Tell the coach about any exercise considerations before the session so the intensity, length of playing series and breaks can be adjusted.
Before training
Usually 60 minutes. That is enough for the rules, basic movement and first practice rallies.
Progress depends on coordination, experience and consistency. After the first sessions, the coach will tell you which skills to consolidate before Open Play.
Yes. The two-person format works for friends, couples and regular playing partners.
Yes. For 3–4 participants there is a private mini-group with a shared objective and match practice.
Describe your level and goal in the request. We’ll match you with a specialist based on format, venue and available time.
Once the basic rules and rally become consistent, add Open Play. Club play creates new combinations of partners and opponents, while training helps break down problems that appeared in matches.
Specify the experience, the goal, the number of participants and the time you want. You don't need to know the name of the right product: the team will match the task with the first game, training, Open Play or closed-door.
First, you check the initial situation, then you check the site, the level of the group, the duration and availability of the specialist, and the solution is based on the task, not on the most expensive tariff
The entry is confirmed after the date, time, site, composition of the service and cost are reported. The form sent does not guarantee a place until the organizer has checked availability
You will receive instructions on arrival, clothing, shoes and equipment, and for the first visit, your own racket and a pre-detected partner are usually not necessary
