The beginner needs a clear explanation and a safe pace; the tennis player needs a precise redesign of his or her technique; the competitive player needs tactics, decision analysis and pressure work; and the coach is selected according to his or her goal, play experience, age, language, and intensity
Single standard PROpickleball
All the coaches are rated in the international DUPR system, have played with representatives of different countries and are familiar with international training and tournament practice, each responsible for his own strong specialization and does not try to work with all the clients equally
How to Choose a Coach
Vera Ilyina and Maxim Frolov are suitable for a comfortable start; Nikolai Chernyshov is suitable for systemic development and competition; Timur Bayramukov is suitable for technical and physical training; Alexander Berezhnoy is suitable for transitioning from tennis and intense play; Pantelei Zhilkin is for technical details and transition from table tennis; Liana Brix-Vyazovskaya is for adults, families, pair tactics and rational load

Can I choose a specific coach
The entry depends on the availability of a specialist and the suitability of your task, and if necessary, the team will offer an alternative with close specialization
Do you need experience in tennis or pickleball?
No. No prior experience is required for your first session. The coach will explain the rules, scoring, basic shots and movement, and a paddle and balls will be provided.
Can I get ready for the tournament
There are coaches with Russian and international competitive experience who work with technique, tactics, physical readiness and match-review
