The court doesn't work by itself, we need people who can do the first class, assemble Open Play, calculate the tournament, resolve the dispute and not lose the participant on the record.

How the training goes

Role-defining
We don't teach everyone the same thing. The program depends on whether a person is coaching, playing, judging or managing a tournament

What the program is based on

Практика судейства и турниров
The team officiates and organizes tournaments and runs Open Play, so training is based on real operational situations. This describes practical work experience; separate referee or tournament-director certification courses are not claimed here.
ФТР
PROpickleball works in partnership with the Russian Tennis Federation; Nikolai Chernyshov is a member of the Commission on Tennis pickleball FTR.
IPTPA
PROpickleball He participated in the training of the Russian pilot IPTPA Level of level 1 with the support of the FTZ and RAMSPORTS. The original dates have been postponed; the international certificate issues IPTPA.

In the Samara project, future local coaches and organizers practiced alongside real beginners: first they observed the session, then assisted with drills, and later, under PROpickleball team supervision, explained an element or organized a rotation.

Certificates
Практическое обучение PROpickleball и официальная сертификация — не одно и то же. Сертификаты у преподавателей не означают, что участник семинара получит такой же документ. Итоговый документ не обещаем, пока не определены его вид и выдающая организация; если программа включает сертификат внешней организации, заранее указываем, кто его выдаёт и какие условия нужно выполнить.
When training should be done before opening

What it takes to make the first calculation

If some of the information is not yet available, we will separately indicate the assumptions and what needs to be checked before the decision is approved
Timing and cost
Duration depends on the role and the starting level of the team, the theory is associated with practice on the court, and for the launch of the court, we provide a test session, error analysis and transfer of work rules
We calculate the cost by program, number of participants, the amount of court practice, departure and the need for escort after training, and we count the external certification, if it is available, separately
Frequent questions
Can you train employees without playing experience
Yes, but first they need basic training, you can't lead a group or judge a match with confidence without understanding the movement, the score and the typical situations on the court
Is an official certificate issued
Only if it is explicitly provided for by the program and an external issuing authority is indicated PROpickleball.
Can you train coaches and administrators
We take the general processes together, then we split the practice by role, and we check how the team communicates between the court and the recording desk
