We select the competition for age and level, check the conditions of participation, help with registration and training of the team

We collect a training, match and recovery program for the group level and available courts

We organize a sports program for a community, team or corporate group: play, practice and meet with local clubs

We connect the Russian team with the host club, organizer or partner and coordinate the sports part of the project

What depends on third parties
Visas, invitations, competition admission, funding and sponsorship are dependent on consulates, organizers and partners, and we are responsible for coordinated sports training and coordination
What it takes to make the first calculation
At the first stage, there is enough initial data that affect the scope and format of the work

If some of the information is not yet available, we will separately indicate the assumptions and what needs to be checked before the decision is approved
Timing and cost
Preparations must begin before the registration deadline and purchase of non-refundable tickets, depending on the confirmation of the event, the admission of players, documents, team composition and the response of the receiving party
We consider sports training and coordination separately: Contributions, tickets, accommodation, visas, insurance and services of specialized travel providers are included only after confirming the composition and conditions

Are you a tour operator
No. PROpickleball Tourist services are issued through specialized suppliers or independently by participants - this is fixed before payment.
Do you guarantee admission to the tournament
No, the final decision is made by the organizer, and we check the published requirements, the documents and the deadlines, and we submit the application in an agreed manner
Can I go without a team
Sometimes a lineup can be assembled for a specific event, but this depends on the level, category, timing and confirmation of the rest of the participants
