Main case study

In a new region, courts can be prepared faster than a weekly playing habit can be built. That is why we started with a live two-day pilot and created several entry levels for different participants.

Pilot result: more than 50 people over two days on three courts.

Instead of a single master class, we built a participant journey: Try Pickleball for the first introduction, a two-day program for those ready to learn more deeply, practice for future local assistants and a tournament as the sporting finale.

This case is useful for club and venue owners who want to test local demand before capital investment and understand which products the audience actually needs.

Club product

The task here was different: not to test a new city, but to add a new product to an existing racket-sports environment without reducing the experience quality for the current audience.

Actual pilot: two padel sessions of eight players and a separate pickleball court for an introduction to the game.

PROpickleball помог собрать и сбалансировать состав, провёл спортивную часть и встроил пиклбол в lifestyle-событие. После пилота клуб предложил повторять формат и начал обсуждать зимний сценарий внутри комплекса.

If you have a different objective

Cases show work already completed, but each new project is built for a specific venue. For the first discussion, it is enough to provide the city, venue type, available space, number of courts or planned scale, and the business objective.

If the venue is still only an idea, we start by testing demand and use cases. If the courts are already operating, we review products, schedule, utilization, team and ways to increase repeat visits.
