Cancellation, transfer and refund

Before payment

The participant must receive the format name, date, time, site, cost, service composition and cancellation rule

Cancellation by the participant

Report cancellations via the channel where the recording was confirmed, and the administrator records the time of circulation and checks the product conditions: transfer, deposit, full or partial returns are possible

The possibility of refund may decrease as the event approaches if the club has already paid court, specialist work, inventory, production or other non-refundable expenses

Replacement of participant

In a group by level, tournament category, children's program or corporate name list, replacement requires the approval of the organizer

Transfer and deposit

If there is a suitable slot, the amount can be transferred to another date or deposited. Until the participant agrees, the term of use, available products and the possibility of transferring the deposit are specified

Failure to appear and late

Failure to appear without a message does not mean an automatic postponement; if late, the class or tournament continues on schedule unless otherwise agreed

Cancel by the side PROpickleball

If the club cancels the approved format and does not provide a service, the participant is offered a new date, deposit or refund of the amount paid, and the choice and processing period are reported in the cancellation notice

Open courts and weather

The decision is made based on the actual condition of the coverage and the safety, not just the forecast, the notification is sent to the contacts from the record, and you should not consider the lesson canceled until the organizer reports

Tournaments

The organizer can bear the costs before the registration of the category: rent, referees, awards, results service and production of materials. Therefore, the tournament publishes a separate policy of withdrawal, replacement of pairs, combining categories and cancellation if under-recruitment

Corporate and closed events

The terms of the contract, invoice or agreed offer are valid, and the advance, non-refundable expenses, the timing of the change in the number of guests, the postponement of the date, the weather reserve and the cancellation of contractors are separately fixed
